Renovating an older property is a coordination problem as much as a building one — the order the work is done in, the trades that follow each other, and keeping the disruption contained. It's the kind of project that goes wrong when it's split across firms who don't talk to one another.

Inside and out, brought up to standard
Our renovation work spans rendered and brick elevations, roofing and chimneys, new windows and doors, and the interior work behind them. Because Tomas coordinates every trade, the finish is consistent across the whole project rather than varying with whoever happened to be on site.

You're told the plan and the timescale up front, and kept informed as the work moves — you know where you are on a day-to-day basis, as our reviews describe. Nothing is called finished until the detail is checked.
