Site visit and honest advice
Tomas comes out, looks at the property properly and talks through what you want to achieve — an extension, a renovation or a custom build — with practical, honest advice on what will and won't work.

A clear plan and timescale
You get a clear scope and a realistic timescale before work starts, so you know what's involved and roughly how long it will take. Where a project needs an architect or planning input, we work alongside them.

The build — you're kept in the loop
Tomas and the team carry the work through, and you know where you are on a day-to-day basis, as our reviews put it. Timekeeping is something clients single out: they don't keep you waiting or let you down.
