Conversions & Reconfiguration
Turning existing and unused space into rooms you'll live in
Reconfiguring or converting the space a home already has is often better value than building new — but it has to be done properly. Structure, insulation, light and access all have to be right for a converted room to be worth living in.
Cheshire Bespoke Building reconfigures and converts existing space across the Cheshire area — opening rooms up, forming new openings and adding glazing so a tired or unused space becomes a bright, usable room, finished to match the rest of the home.

Opened up and brought to life
We reconfigure the layout, form the openings and add the glazing that brings light in — the structural side and the finish handled together, so the converted space works as part of the house and not as a bolt-on.
Finished to live in
A conversion is only worth doing if the result feels like the rest of the home. We handle the structure, insulation and finish so the new room is warm, sound and finished to the same standard as everywhere else.
