Changing the openings in an older property is where a lot of the value is — turning a window into doors, opening a room to the garden — but it's structural work that has to be right, and it has to look original when it's done. Replicating a brick arch or matching a sill course is where the skill shows.

Openings that look original
We form the opening, put the structure in, and rebuild the brickwork around it — a replicated soldier arch, a matched sill course, made good to the render — so the finished opening looks like it was always part of the house rather than cut into it.

Behind the brickwork, the lintels, beams and support are sized and set so the opening is sound and safe. It's the reviewed structural work the firm is recommended for — precise, and finished cleanly.
